This 11-day Tanzania Safari with Hadzabe Bushmen is meant to provide you with more time in the Serengeti National Park, notably the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and hence the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania. This Africa safari and travel schedule was created for those who have more time available for a lengthier safari or excursions. It is particularly intended to provide you with a comprehensive Tanzanian northern circuit safari experience while striving to keep your non-game-viewing time period to a minimal.<\/p>

This memorable 11-day safari will take you to Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most striking wildlife locations, consisting of a small but massive soda lake at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s size makes it ideal for a one-day game drive, and it is particularly well-known for its tree-climbing lions. This safari will also take you to the Serengeti National Park, a 14500-square-kilometer wilderness where each day provides a new scenery and a new adventure. 1. FRANCE\/EUROPE- KILIMANJARO AIRPORT<\/strong>
Flight to KILIMANJARO.<\/strong>
Transfer to your hotel\/lodge in Arusha.
Dinner and night.<\/p>

2. ARUSHA \/ TARANGIRE<\/strong>
After breakfast, direction to the National Park of TARANGIRE.
This park is home to the largest number of elephants in the world. It is also called Baobab Garden.
With a little luck, you can see a multitude of animals, including lions and leopards.
Picnic lunch inside the park.
Continuation of your safari.
Transfer to your lodge in the heart of the park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge<\/p>

3. TARANGIRE \/ TARANGIRE<\/strong>
After breakfast, you will continue your safari to discover the fauna and flora.
Return to your lodge in the late afternoon.<\/p>

4. TARANGIRE \/ MANYARA LAKE \/ KARATU<\/strong>
After breakfast, you depart towards Lake Manyara National Park.
You will cross the tropical forest, where you can come across large African animals, elephants, giraffes, hippopotamuses, but also monkeys and birds.
Continuation of the road to Karatu. Arrival at the Tloma lodge.

5. KARATU \/ MASEKI LAKE<\/strong>
After breakfast, you will start the game drive towards Lake Maseki in the southern Serengeti, passing through the protected area of Ngorongoro, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Lake Maseki is the place to be to see wildebeests with their babies (cubs???) during the right period from January to March.
You will stay at Lake Masek Tented Lodge to enjoy a magnificent view of the lake.<\/p>

7. MASEKI LAKE \/ SERENGETI<\/strong>
After breakfast, you will go on a game drive to enjoy the park until sunset.
Serengeti is the Masai word meaning endless plain. The park covers an area of 14756 km2. The different natural environments that dominate in this park are the wooded hills, the savannas of acacias, the granite rocks. It is very well known thanks to the migration of wildebeest, the first migratory animal in the world.
It’s the only park where, if you’re lucky, you can see Africa’s ‘big five’.
Picnic lunch or return to camp (your choice).
Return to the camp where you will stay at the Kati Kati camp (if option).

8. SERENGETI \/ SERENGETI<\/strong>
After breakfast, you will go on a game drive to enjoy the park until sunset.

9. SERENGETI \/ NGORONGORO \/ KARATU<\/strong>
Depart after breakfast to the Ngorongoro Crater, where you will spend approximately 6 hours.
Ngorongoro, the largest intact crater in the world, is only a small part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a vast region of 8,500Km\u00b2. It was an active volcano some 8 million years ago.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) is dedicated to the protection of fauna and flora. This particularity makes the NCA a completely separate park where man and wildlife cohabit smoothly.
The crater, caldera to be more precise, is 20 km in internal diameter, and has an area of 326 km2. It shelters in its center an incredibly rich fauna and perfectly protected by a rampart 610 meters high.
Exceptional moment near these 25,000 animals that live in this crater. About 50 species of mammals are represented there with the exception of the impala and the giraffe.

In the middle of the afternoon, exit the crater and depart for your Tloma or Farmhouse accommodation.

10. KARATU \/ BUSHMEN<\/strong>
Depart early in the morning for an exciting 1\/2 day trip to the last hunter-gatherers of East Africa, the Hadzabe. During your visit, you participate in bush hunting. Then you will visit the Datoga, blacksmiths who, for example, make arrowheads and knives for the Hadzabe.
Return to Tloma Lodge for a late lunch. Free afternoon.
Dinner and night at the lodge.<\/p>

11. KARATU \/ ARUSHA<\/strong>
